The Art of Rest is a multi-sensory 3 day journey designed to relax and renew your entire being – body, heart, and mind.
This delicious, restful retreat addresses some of the key hindrances to experiencing a blissful life – stagnant energy, resistance and tension. When we are anxious or unsettled, the mind resists slowing down and being present. We can get stuck in the repetitive cycle of busyness and mindlessness, resulting in stress and anxiety.
Learning how to deeply rest is an essential support for us to live a life of greater joy and ease. On retreat we will explore intentional living, self care rituals and slow habits that allow you to stay in this optimal state. In guidance we will breath gently, move subtly, create sensually and slowly drop into our deeper current. A restful, feminine current. That’s where the healing and the opening happens.
