About

Remember Retreats hosts meaningful well-being experiences for modern day women.

About Fiamma (retreat facilitator & co-founder Remember Retreats)
Fiamma was first drawn to yoga when she instinctively found herself on a mat in India in 2015. Fully immersing herself in the practice, she found the union of movement and breath was a window into her own truth and self-development. Today, she teaches from a place of vulnerability to create an open, loving and healing space for students to practice. Her passion lies in supporting students on their journey of transformation and evolution. Fiamma has dedicated her life to practicing and teaching yoga for over 5 years, sharing the knowledge and experience she learns along the way. With a blend of yoga classes, retreats and movement coaching, Fiamma’s passion for teaching and sharing the practice insatiably grows.

Your unique style of teaching

Fiamma’s classes are both strong and nurturing, offering plenty of opportunities for challenging postures. Fusing traditional Yoga with modern movement, her sequences are designed to build strength, flexibility and mobility. Fiamma encourages her students to turn their focus inward, to tune into their own unique experience and expression of their practice, therefore creating a deeper awareness, understanding and acceptance of the self.
