The Yoga
Our mission is to ignite your inner fire with class styles that allow your body to strengthen and thrive in every pose. Yoga takes place daily on the beach, in our yard and covered deck. Morning classes on the beach welcome the sunrise and wake up the body with invigoration and deep, relaxing savasanas. Evening classes wind down the day with slower flows + yoga nidra to provide deep restoration of the muscles with systematic, guided breath control for relaxation. Yoga Workshops teach you how to meditate and more about yoga to enhance your practice but also the way you live.
Our other activities such as nature walks, meditation, infrared sauna, ocean swims and beach yoga were chosen rekindle your connection to nature and build a deeper lever of body awareness. When you’re not strolling the beach, you can wind down by the pool or jump into a cooking class.
This retreat is for the person who needs a time out. Time to themselves to reconnect. Time to read a book or go for a swim… while someone else makes dinner. Time to spend moving and breathing and learning more about yoga + meditation. For the person who wants a cheeky wine at the end of the night.
